Al-Rousasa is a heavy hitter in the world of The Assassins. His name, when translated, means the bullet, and they say when the bullet is sighted he never misses. It was he who blew up the Hardy's car with a car bomb, and went under the alias of Inspector Sam Butler. He was trying to assassinate Philip Walker, a United States Senator hoping for being a President Candidate. Al Rousasa was killed when he and Joe fought on the roof of the Bayport Mall and he fell three stories.
Al-Rousasa was later cloned by The Assassins in their night of terror against the Hardy's in Dead of Night.
