Plot summary
A call from Chet Morton's uncle, Jim Kenyon, takes Chet and friends, Frank and Joe Hardy to a summer art school called Millpark art School, located near the allegedly haunted, Fort Senandaga, on Crown Lake. The Hardys must recover two valuable and famous oil paintings stolen from the Prisoner-Painter collection owned by Jefferson Davenport.
