Plot summary[]
Frank and Joe Hardy track down saboteurs who kidnapped their father and are attempting to blow up a bridge near Boontown, Kentucky. The bridge is being constructed by Tony Prito's father's construction company, and the villains are ex-crooks seeking control of the area.
