Willow River Road outside Bayport turns off of Shore Road just past Bayport harbour and runs out into country following the line of Willow River.[1] A section of the road is bordered by large houses set in extensive grounds some of which, including the Purdy house have fallen into disrepair. The houses on one side are bounded at the rear by Willow River.
